Sabrina at the front desk goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and at home for the minute you arrive. No noise at night (and I get up at 4:30am, I’m in bed early) is also a big plus. I’ve been travelling for work through the state of Colorado for the past seven months, and I just got home to Arizona, and I’m staying here temporarily until October 1 move in date at my condo. Of all of the Airbnb and Extended stay hotels that I stayed at through the last seven months, this is by far the most excellent. Also, the location is good. There is a little Caesars and a Pizza Hut. There’s a grocery store right there on the corner, everything you need is right here. And my company is based downtown Phoenix, so I am only about 15 minutes from my office. It has been an excellent experience. I am beyond surprised and astounded at how excellent my stay here has been.

The rooms are small & cozy. Surprisingly this place replaces the shower curtains. For what you pay, you can't expect the cleanest of rooms but I just had to mention the new shower curtain.

The staff they are always helpful whenever I go down to get towel sheets they got what I need. Also they make it a point to know who my kids are very nice and they do a good job

Laundry room needs to be cleaned. Trash bins around inside and out need to be empty more often.
